Ordering Policy:

All customers must be over 18 years of age when placing an order.  No exceptions.
The purchasing customer must be the owner of the credit card being used. 

We prosecute credit card fraud every time.

Please do not provide fake information when checking out.  Doing so could delay or prevent your order from being processed.  All personal information we collect is vital to insuring a safe, timely transaction.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards as forms of payment.  If you are experiencing an error during checkout, please contact the issuing bank for your credit card to determine the possible cause.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Customers are able to choose between Federal Express and United States Priority Postal Service for domestic shipping.  Both options will be charged at the actual shipping rate provided to us.  For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO addresses, USPS must be selected.  Please note that military orders cannot be tracked and delivery may take up to two weeks.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.  Any delivery errors resulting from a customer providing an incorrect address will be subject to a second delivery charge.

International Shipping Policy

Before placing an order, be sure to check with your home country to see if importation of our products is allowed.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure he or she is in compliance with all applicable laws.  Please do not ask us if certain products or ingredients are allowed for entry into your country.  As laws change frequently, please contact your own customs office for up to date information.  We take no responsibility for seized, opened, damaged or lost shipments.  If an order is seized and not returned to us, we are not able to offer a refund.

We will declare all shipments as dietary supplements with their actual dollar value listed.  Please do not ask us to declare an order as a gift.  The customer is responsible for all incurred duties, taxes, fees, etc. resulting from shipment.  If these charges are not paid by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding balance to the customer's credit card.  Failure to apply outstanding charges to a credit card will result in collection agency filings.

Please note that not all international shipping methods allow for tracking.  To insure prompt delivery, we suggest FedEx Priority for all international shipments.
